Deb Pouech is an herbalist, master gardener, and web weaver. After dropping out of corporate America, she apprenticed with Gail Ulrich of Blazing Star Herbal School and found her true path. Deb is past-president of Northeast Herbal Association, a past council member of Connecticut Herb Association, and a member of Connecticut Master Gardener Association, and as a conference deva, she is on the staff of the Women's Herbal Conference, the International Herb Symposium, the Northeast Organic Farmer's Association Summer Conference, HerbFest/CT, and Green Nations Gathering.

Combining her computer skills with her knowledge and love of the green world as a web weaver, she designs and maintains webpages for many in the herbal and alternative community. When away from the computer, Deb tends an ever growing garden, and makes candles and a few products using beeswax gathered from the home hives. Or you will find her Florida bound to soak up the sun & to kayak in Florida Bay. Deb offers workshops and plant walks and shares her joy in being involved in all things herbal.

Stephen Pouech discovered his love for honeybees while a member of a community supported agriculture (CSA) farm. Not one to weed and plant, he chose to help with the new beehives at the farm. Edwin Aberle, a veteran beekeeper from Vernon, CT was setting up the hives and Stephen apprenticed with him. Stephen manages several hives, taking good care of his ladies, seeing that they are safe and well-provisioned. He harvests the honey in the fall and it is quickly sold to the 'regulars' who stock up while it is available.
